At this point in time, Exzadrian Williams manages more than $10 million worth of real estate assets and he owns a number of them. He tends to specialize in properties that are well situated in neighborhoods that are designated "up and coming," but which need moderate to extensive rehab, Exzadrian Williams has thus far been able to bring many different properties back to excellent condition. Once they are in good condition again, he puts them back on the market and gets top dollar for many of them.

Most of the time, Exzadrian Van Williams prefers to deal with what are often referred to as "blue properties," which are rental properties specifically geared to blue collar workers and those who want rental properties in the mid-level rental price range. The residents of these properties tend to be stable and they are reliant on housing that fits comfortably into their budget. Exzadrian likes to make use of local skilled labor and project manages who have a track record of getting properties done and back on the market within a short time. He also usually has a waiting list for the properties he manages and/or owns.

Exzadrian Williams holds several professional memberships and certifications in a number of real estate organizations and associations, including the East Bay Rental Housing Association (EBRHA), the Five Points Business Association of Greater Metropolitan Las Vegas, the National Apartment Association, and the Las Vegas Real Estate Investing Association. He also is a Certified Private Equity Professional(CPEP), a certified Business Mediator, a registered and certified property manager and he also is a certified financial planner and he holds a certificate in hotel and restaurant management. He his highly motivated to help bring back communities ready for a comeback.
